Akkeshi Blended Whisky Soukou（霜降）

This blended whisky is the 17th in the 24 Solar Terms Series. As with previous releases, this Akkeshi Blended Whisky “Soukou” is a classic blend of traditional whisky. 

Autumn is a time of harvest, when all plants and animals enjoy the sweet bounty of nature.
The northern land is covered in its first frost of the year. Akkeshi “Soukou” is a classic blend steeped in tradition.
Please enjoy the Japanese citrus aroma nurtured by the whisky matured in Akkeshi.

Tasting Notes 

Aroma:

Casablanca lily, mandarin orange grove, citrus mix sorbet, cocoa, brown sugar

Taste:

Citrus of various colors, mild saltiness

Aftertaste:

Ginger, Japanese pepper, honey butter, hidden soy sauce
